We have been using Balance Point for quite some years now. Jeremiah installed a new water heater for us today! He took his time and made sure everything was done right and up to code. We have also used their plumbing services before for an outdoor sink. Great people to work with!

Nick was very thorough with the annual maintenance of my air conditioning. He is a very nice person who obviously cares about the clients he works for. He took time to let me know that there was a possible issue that I need to monitor and told me how I would know if/when I need to call. Balance Point is very lucky to have Nick as part of its team. A great big shout out to Eric Johnson with Balance Point Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing. After checking the old thermostat to see if it could be repaired or reprogrammed, he installed a new thermostat quickly and efficiently. He had the perfect product with him that is not complicated, something I really appreciate. He listened to what I wanted and even repaired an small existing problem on my furnace. He is good humored, professional, and respectful. He gave me his card and I will keep it for future reference as he is the one to call for me going forward. Thank you Eric.
