Jordan Edens did an excellent job as he inspected our furnace and later installed surge protectors. He was courteous and respectful at all times. He listened to our concerns and gave understandable explanations of solutions for our situation. He made practical recommendations, promptly emailed estimates, and followed up with a call to answer questions. As Jordan performed his duties, he projected a sense of truly caring for us as customers, but also as people.
