Another edit: BP sent out a technician to check our system and everything is working great. The tech was friendly, explained things clearly, and was good to work with.
Editing review: since our install was completed, communication with the business about the various rebates and credits has been challenging. We've had to constantly follow up to get any progress and it's been a slow process. It's not the speed that bothers us, it's that we don't really know what's going on or how long things are going to take. The system itself is working fine and we are happy with the install as I mentioned before, but overall, communication now and while the install was happening has not been the best.
BP and their team installed a Mitsubishi heat pump and three mini splits for us. They were all very professional and worked tirelessly, even staying late a few evenings to make sure things were working properly. The installation was a little more complicated than anyone initially expected but they were very forthcoming in explaining what they were doing and why things took a little longer than the estimate. All in all we are very happy with the new system and Dave and the rest of the crew were awesome to work with!
