Jeremiah did an excellent job with our hot water heater. He was informative and friendly and gave us insight on our situation. We highly recommend Balance Point and am grateful for the help Jeremiah provided.

We called Balance Point on a Friday evening and were told that someone would call us back the next morning to schedule a visit. The tech actually called us back a few minutes later to set up an appointment for Saturday morning. He came out on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. Less than 30 minutes later, our AC was up and running again, for a fraction of the cost of the other companies' weekend service charge. Great experience with Balance Point!!

Working with Dave C. to get kinks worked out in a new system install was a top notch experience. He is super knowledgeable, a real problem solver, and best part is he is an interactive communicator. He listens to questions and will help you understand things to whatever level you looking for. He isn't going to leave anything unfinished for the next guy to have to deal with. Great to work with and a great representative of a company that wants to offer top notch service.

Jeremiah came out twice, once to fix a water pressure problem causing a leak and replace a faucet and the second time to install a Moen flow to detect any future leaks. He did an excellent job. He is knowledgeable and informative with excellent communication skills. He definitely deserves 5 stars!

Luke was excellent! He arrived promptly for the hvac appt (even a little early). He explained thoroughly the problem, determined which pipe caused the condensation. And then agreed to try the less expensive, more conservative option first to solve the problem. Luke was also very helpful with giving information to the many questions I asked. I feel like I have a trusted business and hvac repairman to take care of any issues that may arise w my hvac system, plus opted to have the yearly maintenance on my hvac system w this business.

Installation crew were very professional & took time to properly install all equipment. They tested all components to ensure proper functionality. They were courteous and pleasant throughout the process. Luke, (who came to do the final commissioning) was also very personable & professional. He took some additional time to answer several questions we had about the operation & maintenance of the equipment. We're very happy with our system.

AWESOME service! I had an appointment with another HVAC company, who was a no show. Calling in on a Friday at 4:00 p.m., Larry (a real person, not a chatbot) answered the call, took my information down, dispatched a technician, and within 30 minutes, Matt arrived (another real person) at my door to fix my AC unit. After suffering through a week with 95+ temperatures, no air conditioning and ceiling fans running 24/7, Matt cleaned out the condensate drain line, checked the return and temperature ouput, and also checked my condenser. Knowledgeable, efficient, and affordable, Balance Point is my go to from now on!
