When our air conditioning went out on one of the hottest weeks of the summer, we called Balance Point as our first call. Dave Crownover was the Service Technician that came out within a few hours and diagnosed the problem quickly.
Unfortunately, the unit was an older model, and the part had to be ordered. He provided updates on the part and the day the part came in; he was at our house and within a hour had us up and working. He also went the additional mile, looking over the entire unit to ensure we were good for the rest of the summer.
