Sean handled my initial inspection and was extremely thorough. He answered every question I had and, more importantly, explained the reasoning behind his recommendations instead of just telling me what needed to be done. I really appreciated understanding what he was seeing and why it mattered.
Nick was equally great to work with. He took the time to break down the different options, where my money would actually be going, and how the available rebates affected the overall investment. I never felt like I was being pushed toward a particular system. I felt like I had the information I needed to make a smart, informed decision about what is very likely the single most important and expensive investment in my home.
Then there was the installation team: Jesus, Fernando, and Tim. These three worked together so seamlessly. I expected a full system replacement to take much longer, but they had everything completed in a little over half a day. They were incredibly coordinated, happy to answer my questions as they worked, respectful of my home, and even wonderfully kind to my pets.
I genuinely enjoyed working with everyone involved. From the initial diagnosis through choosing the new system and the installation itself, I felt informed and well taken care of the entire time. I’m extremely happy with both the new system and my decision to work with Balance Point. I would absolutely recommend them.
