Update: Jeremiah installed a new water heater for us today to replace one which was leaking. He did a fantastic job, first quality installation and meticulous cleanup. He even protected the carpet so the old water heater wouldn't leak when it was removed. Great job! Would definitely recommend!

I cannot recommend these guys enough! I had an issue with my gas furnace leaking and after a bad experience with another company I called Balance Point and they were able to fit me in same day after hours. Matt was very professional and took the time to make sure everything was working fine and safe while also explaining everything he was doing. He didn't try and sell me things I didn't need (unlike the other company). I will be calling these guys in the future for any HVAC work I need in the future.

Matt serviced our furnace today. He was very friendly and professional. He explained everything he did and double checked that it was all working correctly before he left. Thanks!
